Clicking the function in the main window results in unrolling the list enabling selection of type of the report the user is interested in. Afterwards, in the report’s configuration window, it is necessary to select the sites which shall be included in the report.
| • | Non-urgent alarms – presents duration of alarms from the "Non-urgent alarms" group of the selected site |
| • | Urgent alarms - presents duration of alarms from the "Urgent alarms" group of the selected site |
| • | Mains failures – Report presents duration of alarms from the "Mains failure" group of the selected site |
| • | Configuration of the controllers – presents configuration of particular controllers of the selected site |
Selection of a type of report will cause opening the Report’s configuration window:
The user has to select the site he is interested in or select "(select all)", and define date of start and end.
In case of selection of more than one site, the list of selected sites will be presented in the left part of the window. Alarms for particular sites are situated in separate sections. Headline of the section consists of the site’s name and city.
Approving by clicking "OK" – the system will generate adequate report in a moment.
Generated report can be exported to the following formats :
It can also be printed directly from the window it was generated in.
